The Great Pav Adventure
Is there a more kiwi dessert than pavlova? I made my first in November and had beginners success.
Beautifully glossy peaks.
A work out for my kitchenaid.
And a crunchy creation.
Unfortunately, BM was sick and we couldn't visit the friends I had made it for.
Round two was a disaster and then so was round 3. I gave up and brought cookies (oophs).
Don't give up yet! Its possibly just the humidity.
